Clinical Experience

• DM Gastroenterology from Gandhi medical college, high-volume center performing 3000-4000 upper GI endoscopies, 800-1200 colonoscopies, 260-280 ERCP per year, dedicated Liver ICU, extensive hands-on training.
• Worked at Yashoda, Somajiguda (2019-2020) with experience in all procedures both elective and advanced, excellence in patient approach and clinical research.
• Performed diagnostic and therapeutic procedures even in covid positive patients during this pandemic.

Diagnostic Endoscopy Procedures

• Performed and reported more than 2000 diagnostic Upper GI endoscopies.
• Done about 120 proctosigmoidoscopies and more than 300 colonoscopies.

Therapeutic Endoscopy Procedures

• Managed various upper and lower GI bleeds using EVL, Glue injection, APC, Hemospray, Local adrenaline injection, Hypertonic saline submucosal injection, Hemoclip application, sclerotherapy, and balloon tamponade.
• Experience in management of strictures – esophageal, gastric, and biliary with good outcomes.
• Routine practice of advanced procedures including EMR, Polypectomy (snare and band).

ERCP & Other Procedures

• Performed over 100 ERCP for indications like choledocholithiasis, biliary pancreatitis, carcinoma head of pancreas, cholangiocarcinoma, pancreatic ascites, etc.
• Performed more than 50 liver biopsies.
• 35 ultrasound-guided liver abscess drainages (25 pig-tail placements).
• 25 ultrasound-guided FNAC of the liver.

EUS Procedures

• Assisted in 50 EUS procedures both diagnostic and therapeutic.
• Experience in 3rd space endoscopic procedures: POEM, ESD, STER.
• Independent experience in EUS-FNAC, Cystogastrostomy.
